if you cancel - You may cancel your holiday at any time, should you wish to cancel your holiday with us you should notify us directly in writing/telephone as soon as possible. in the event of you cancelling your holiday, charges detailed are according to the number of days prior to departure that written confirmation is received.
Prior to departure date. Cancellation Charge
28 Days or more - Loss of deposit/payment of deposit
28 Days or less - *full cost of holiday
Prior to date for event/day/evening out. Cancellation charge
14 days or more - loss of deposit/cost of ticket/ 1.1 staff
14 days or less - *100% cost of trip/ticket/staff support
* please note - if holiday/ticket can be sold on then loss of deposit
if for any reason By the Sea Supported holidays has to cancel your holiday you will receive a full refund or we will offer you the option of an alternative holiday.
By the Sea Supported Holidays have the right to cancel any holiday where the minimum number of clients (3) has not been reached.
By the sea supported holidays would advise that travel insurance is taken out for holidays. Cost would vary per holiday.
All overseas holidays will require travel insurance and a up to date passport.
